Suite layouts

Suites at Flats on the Hill come in 4-, 5-, and 6-bedroom layouts. Every bedroom is private and furnished. Kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas are shared with your suitemates and cleaned weekly.

You lease a bedroom, not the whole suite — so your rent covers your room and your share of everything else, with no roommate to chase for utilities.

4-bedroom suites

Four private furnished bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a shared kitchen and living room. Each bedroom has its own closet.

• Bedroom 1 — 8'-4" × 10'-7"
• Bedroom 2 — 8'-8" × 8'-2"
• Bedroom 3 — 7'-4" × 11'-7"
• Bedroom 4 — 7'-4" × 11'-7"

5- and 6-bedroom suites

Larger suites follow the same idea: every bedroom private and furnished, with a shared kitchen, bathrooms, and living space. Email leasing for current layouts.
